Based in Rijkevorsel in Belgium, DTS Meat Processing NV has been
mechanically deboning poultry carcasses and legs on a daily basis
since 1992. Our production process is effective and efficient, and
the quality of our end products is boosted by our highly qualified
staff and state-of-the-art machinery.
Our production process largely preserves the meat's structure and
keeps calcium and fat content well below the legal limit. The
result: (halal) stable mechanically deboned meat (MDM) and Baader
meat with constantly high protein content. This is the perfect raw
material for further processing in pre-fried products such as
frikandels, hot dogs, mortadella, luncheon meat, chicken fingers
and other heat-treated meat products.
DTS is based on the premises of one of its partners, Coldstore Van
Soest. Treatment of our products by this cold storage expert
further adds to the quality of the end product. The fresh Baader
meat and the MDM (VSM in French) are frozen in tunnel freezers
immediately after production, and subsequently stored in the
cold-storage facility at a temperature of -18°. DTS also supplies
